This elevator permits the vertical transport of any bulk product with low percentages of humidity and an average grain size. The transport is performed using buckets (carbon steel or stainless steel) or PVC, fixed on the belt with screws and staples.
The discharge head incorporates the operation of the conveyor, always with an anti-return system.
The charge head incorporates a belt tension system, as well as the material reception chute, allowing a simple material transfer.
The intermediate sections are made from modular metallic sheets, permitting different elevation heights. The join between the intermediate sections is made of screwed angle flanges.
The drums are made of cylindrical laminated metal sheet, stuck to the drive and in cage with rounds for the tail. The shafts of the drums are fixed to the interior cylindrical metal tube cubes using conical rings and with SN type supports with bearings to the heads.
The width of the belt, type of bucket, the transport capacity and speed depend on the product and the particular characteristics of each installation.
